Cancellation Policy

All services require at least 24 hours notice for cancelation. If a client cancels within required notice period 25% of the service cost will be charged. If Client No Shows full service cost will be charged. All charges must be paid before rebooking. All hair extension and color correction appointments are required to give 7 days cancelation notice due to amount of time required for service. If a client cancels within required notice period 50% of the service cost will be charged. If Client No Shows full service cost will be charged. All charges must be paid before rebooking.
